Why should I choose DTours Jamaica?

Can I bring my child on all tours?

For most tours you can, however, there are some tours that are not child friendly. During your tour inquiry, this will be pointed out to you.

Are you a licensed operator?
Yes we are licensed by the Jamaica Tourist board and incorporated under the Companies Office of Jamaica.
How long have you been in the tourist industry?
We have been proving superb service in this industry for over 10 years.

What are the most popular sites to visit?
There are many popular attractions in Jamaica!  Make sure to do the adventurous and mind blowing Mystic mountains, the majestic and daring Dunn’s River Falls. Oh and let’s not forget the beautiful white sand beaches at your complete disposal.
What is size of Jamaica?
Jamaica is the third largest English speaking Caribbean island, which is approximately 146 miles in length and 51 miles in in width.
Is Jamaica really the home of the famous Bob Marley?
Yes, it definitely is. We also have a tour that takes you on the history and upbringing of our Reggae Legend. It is called the Bob Marley Museum in Nine Miles, St. Ann.

How to Make Payments

What type of payment do you accept?
We want to ensure an easy transition and checkout experience. We accept cash, Visa and Mastercard debit and credit cards.
Can I make a deposit on my order?
Yes you can pay as low as $35 to secure your tour booking, however, your balance have to be cleared 72-hours to your tour date.
Do you have a cancellation policy?
Yes we do.
  • Cancellation made more than a week in advance : 15% administration fee.
  • Cancellation between a week and 48 hours prior to departure date: 50% of the total amount plus administration fees that might be imposed. Cancellation less than 48 hours prior to departure date and time or no-show : 100% of the total amount.
  • Tickets for Events or Attractions are non-refundable.
  • Airport, Limousine or Coach – transfer services are non-refundable.
Do you accept payments on your website?
Not at this time! However, we make it easy and convenient for you to pay on arrival or at pick-up location.  Simply just choose your transfer, tours or activities and add them to your cart for checkout…pay cash on arrival or pick-up.
